Geez, I wouldn't be too happy if I was a Sowf's supporter at the complete disrespect Woosh showed for the 1980 premiership, being an old sowf's boy himself.
yep he was well and truly pwnt by worsfoldBrad looked like a complete idiot in that exchange. You can't ask the hard questions then stumble when they are turned around on to you
Would you like a stat dec with that?Hardie strikes me as the sort of person who walks around saying 'Don't you know who I am?' to every person he deals with in life.
It is VERY disrespectful and cheapens the achievements of players prior to the VFL expansion.
Woosh never won a Brownlow so isn't allowed to have an opinion on individual players IMO.They were talking about building a premiership side in this competition, not the WAFL or amateurs or under 10's

See how ridiculous it sounds?
So Woosh doesn't know what it takes to win a Brownlow...luckily for him, that has no relevance to his job whatsoever.
Basically all Woosh was saying was; when Hardie aggressively attacked his decisions, all but calling him wrong, he simply stated that if it was down to 2 opinions on the matter, he'd back himself because he's done it all before whilst Hardie hasn't even played in a premiership in this league let alone coached a team to one.
If a mother and father were discussing childbirth and the mother said "it was the most painful thing i've experienced" and the father said "I don't think it was that bad". Who has the more credible opinion? The person who has experienced it, or the person who watched it but has never got close to experiencing it?
If it had been Mark Harvey instead of John Worsfold youd be backing Hardie on this one.
The West Coast spin machine is working overtime at 1000RPM.
