A flag for two ex-port Motlops

Daniel and Marlon picked up a flag last night for the mighty Wanderers. They finished 5th at the end of the home and away season, and after an up and down run to the major round won all of their knockout games to take the flag against the much favoured Saint Marys. Cheney Medal winner Thomas Motlop kept ex-Saint Kilda forward goalless.

There was about 5 of them there when I played. Assuming they have been breeding, it's no wonder that the name is so prominent.

Haha. No, they were pretty good when I the Motlops played for them. I mean in my time in Darwin they were crap, barely ever making the final 4 in a 6 team comp. Since I left Darwin I guess I haven't payed too much attention.
