A Player Driven Team!

Thought it was interesting that Tom Harley made the point a couple of times during a post match interview on 774 last night that the team was "a player driven team" this year. And the coach does..........?

maybe he is just inferring the players are taking on more responsibility in terms of geeing themselves up for the game and making sure they do the 1%ers like chase, tackle and put their bodies on the line. The coach would still come up with game plan, structures and selection.

yeah in bombers interview on the cats site he says that it was the players heart-to-heart that got the team up and running again.
