76woodenspooners is stepping down from being a mod. We are reeling, wailing and gnashing our teeth, to lose such an important member of our team. But his mind is made up.

I also thought of adding a poll to this thread, so the Board could vote on it, but I guess that's not appropriate.

In all seriousness, 76 has been a rock, a mentor, a guide, a steadying hand, the spiritual leader of us mods, and we will miss him.

Spooner will be missed he has done an excellent job,a very reasonable and patient person with firm view of how to conduct ourselves,good luck to you spooner and I hope you still keep posting sensible people are always needed.

Heard he was seen sinking a pot of draught three days before his weekend duties on BF. Tough stance by the board, but one that will stand us in good stead going forward.
