I think you'll find he probably is.

I think you'll find that a player who plays in the 5th best league in the world, who hasn't proven himself in europe or any other league, who may have all the potential in the world, who has 3 goals and 4 assists in 20 league appearances this season is not better than Theo Walcott.

Who is a player that has been playing so well lately that he forced the national manager to admit he was completely wrong about him, a player that has 6 goals and 4 assists in 15 league appearances, a player that is now a starter for the team 2nd in the best league in the world.

Currently Walcott is easily better. Hazard could well be better in future seasons, but that is just speculation.

Potential is just that... potential.
