I have Ablett and as captain but I'm more impressed with Bartel. 13 tackles at the moment and about 15 less disposals and still out scoring him.

Gary Ablett is no doubt a champ but I'm a little concerned his score isn't higher considering he has 38 disposals at the moment.

Glad I didn't take Corey though lol

I took both Ablett and Bartel because I didn't want to play guessing games over who was going to score the most points. Those two have kept my team competative, and you can't put a price on peace of mind

Also had a bad case of Ablett envy last year.

What's your point? We are only 5 weeks in, you're kidding yourself if you think that he will get 40+ touches most weeks.

He's averaging 38 ATM, as incredible as it seems he actually could.

Yep, his average disposals in the first 5 rounds is indicative and will not differ from his average disposals after 22 rounds. Do you also subscribe to the notion that Josh Fraser is going to average 115.5 DT points over the whole 22 rounds?

F**k I hate it how teams wont put any physical pressure on him???? When he was holding his arm after the knock in the first quarter I would've been straight over to him to give him a few bumps.

Why the f**k don't the players tagging him have the presence of mind to get contact with him? If you saw Kane Cornes tagging Dal Santo on Friday night you would've seen he always had contact with Dal Santo at stoppages so he always knew he was there.

Crowley showed the AFL world how to stop Ablett last year by roughing him up a bit, Ablett only got 15 touches that day and Freo lost by a point. F**k me it's not rocket science, you can't let Ablett run around free all day racking up cheap possessions and expect to win.
