He's an interesting one KIWI. Didn't grow up playing the game so can look a bit unco at times. Is VERY hard at the ball and leads well in a straight line. Strong chest & overhead mark & generally busts a pack up if he doesn't mark it. Quality finisher up to about 55 from a set shot. Can go missing but can turn it on when he gets his tail up. Kicked 7.0 in about 15 minutes in the WAFL last week.

Was he the bloke who teared us a new one in the first half of the second Dockers match this year? Looked pretty impressive to me.

He would probably fit straight into our team and give more competition to Jack and the Steamer. I would be happy to aquire him if we trade Schultz, but otherwise I think Schultz's versitilty is more important to us now that Polak is gone. Afterall, we still only have 4 KP defenders in Moore, McGuane, Thursty and the untried Rance. Schultz and Bowden can play utility roles down back if required.

In saying this he would probably probably cost us our 2nd round pick. As i'm all for keeping our picks this draft, I guess I'll pass on him

I've seen this guy play a few times during the late Sunday games on Foxtel. He's very impressive in my oppinion. He's been starved of opportunity at freo cause of tarrant.

He has good hands, and can kick the ball an absolute mile, fairly accurately as well. He's got a big frame as well and doesn't mind crashing the packs. I think he'd be a great pick up to play at full forward.

He's certainly worth looking at!

Like toppstar, I've seen him play a few times and he looks fairly decent. ****ing beautiful kick, and a good pair of hands too. The thing is, Hughes also has a good pair of hands and a beautiful kick. So unless he offers something else, and we don't have to give up too much, I'd give him a miss.

Definitely worth a look though.

good reminder, Note that Morrison was actually being kept out of a good side , so we were entitled to fall for the three card trick in this case , campbell couldnt get a gig in a side that failed to win half dozen games ...Hughes is twice the player and many have questions over him

I'd try for a 4th rounder for him, but nothing else, has only shown good form in 1 or 2 games, but nothing much else, has potential, but unless he is cheap then I wouldn't go for him.
