TheCattery2007 has every right to ask that question. The answer, who knows, has deserved to remain in the side after the two games he’s played, one of which he was subbed off. Hopefully, his injury today isn’t too bad. I haven’t seen it yet. Come back stronger then ever has a bright future. As for playing him forward not a bad idea next year.
He has played 3 times first game subbed of early when he was playing well than dropped. Next 2 games great gets dropped. He can't get a game after his first three what makes you think hell get a game forward next season when Armstrong faull simms and lynch will be there with the first 3 over a first season which will only benefit them. I can see Blight and gray moving on years end and deservedly so.

Even at that, it means he gets a full pre season ahead of 2026.

Poor Judson’s basically written off 2026 with the horrible ACL injury yesterday
Judsons basically called time. He wrote was fun while it lasted.

Yeah agree. 21 years old, super athletic and has proven himself at both ends (back AFL & VFL and forward VFL). You have to sign that up and develop him.

I think the announcement probably comes soon.
How do you develop them when only 3 games have been exceptional and dropped twice? While others keep playing over and over and accepting different.

Thanks buddy was doing my head in trying to remember where i seen. I also didn't see the bottom part lol
You couldn’t be disappointed in him if he didn’t want to go through it all again and risk a fourth.
Be bloody hard

He probably will come back again but what's the point. It's like concussion they keep playing after numerous concussions and also get told to stop playing yet they keep playing than years later we will have more stories like the ones we get now. 1 ACL plenty have come back good as well Richo for one but others have had 3 and 4 which tells you something.

Why would he give up
You dont give up on a dream when you are 21/22 years old and getting paid $100k a year and around mates
i certainly wouldnt and whats he going to do he cant do later
concussion is another thing altogether

I don't think hes' the quiting type, but if your body can't handle it, what's the point? There's a reason some do it once, but multiple and more times it's telling you something. I tore my hamstring badly playing soccer. Took me like 2 years to start jogging properly and was never the same. Some people, as good as they are, their bodies can't handle the punishment they put themselves through. Shame with Clarke, this time around he looked brilliant.

Was more a reply to a Geelong fan, rather than my opinion. Interesting to see what happens with Blight come trade week if any.

Where was this ground? Is there a water shortage there?
It’s the type of turf not dissimilar to turf used on golf courses that goes dormant in winter , browns off . There’s still grass cover and last I was there a very decent one . More I think of it it’s a shithouse choice for football , ok cricket when in prime . Imagine mcg used that

Don’t go blaming the ground for juddy tho , poor kid has damaged same knee 3 x . Unfortunately there’s deep seated probs there , sincerely hope he can overcome them , at a serious juncture in his fledgling career

Well David Swartz did his ACL 3 times and came back and played 108 games after his last one

There is hope

Hoping for best for the kid but I’d be seriously investing in a life out of football if I were he , I’m sure he will has his head screwed on
Well Swartz told me Juddy’s old man called him for advice

And they are using the best surgeon so he’s in good hands

The problem will be getting good graft material as they have attacked him twice before. Orthopaedic surgeons are now very similar in their abilities to perform this surgery. The key difference here is if they can harvest high quality graft material without compromising him in other ways. Usually hamstring or patella tendons are used. Each has their advantages and disadvantages. Patella tendons tend to be stronger and have less re-rupture rates but can cause knee pain. It's not easy.

Can they use Kosi's patella tendons ?

Firstly, I come in peace ;)

With Lynch likely to be out for a bit, and Gray being fit in 2 weeks or so - is it worth him playing as a key forward or are there other options?

It seems your backline is harder to break into and he deserves AFL games. You guys no doubt closer to your squad, genuinely keen to hear your thoughts.
