Gave up my smoking addiction 7 whole weeks ago, never thought i would. Only problem is i substituted smoking for chocolate covered almonds... and before i know it i will weigh an extra 20 kilos

Mine has to be CDs. Generally everytime i go to a good cd store ill come out with 1 or 2 cds that i want. Have over 1000 cds. Luurve my music

Actually you'll find a LOT of people take their bears/stuff animals on trips and a lot of people take photos of theses things at the land marks they visit.

Buffy I love buffy, go Faith. and everyone else....... on CSI Greg and Nick are the best - addicted to that show. In fact have all the seasons on dvd from Canada even the new ones out....... *insert eek smilie*

At least I don't take pictures of care bear, so I am not a completely sad case. He didn't get to go in the Taj Mahal cause I did not feel commfortable walking around with a little green bear in my hands I can imagine that you would have seen some interesting pictures in your time espoir

I am waiting til we get back to oz before buying the last series of angel and buffy (they will be at a special price then ) At least the UK isn't so bad cause we have new season of both csi's on here and they show repeats quite often too - csi is on as a repeat on tuesday and a new show on a saturday!

I gave up the smokes 4 months ago and I'm not game to get on the scales - but the old belt is a notch or 2 tighter... .
I've taken extra care not to eat or drink anymore and b4 but they reckon your metabolism slows right down initially wihout the nicotine - and so your body processes the same amount of stuff - only slower...
I've started trying to cut down on carbs - no bread - not much rice or pasta - and trying to keep the chocolate and other sugars to a minimum.
Only problem is - now I can drink like a fish without getting ********ed.....it's costing me heaps and beer is full of carbs..............so I'm going to need to cut back on that also...
But all this is worth it to be without the ****........7 weeks is excellent - keep up the good work !

Have the 3rd episode of the 2nd season downloading as we speak. honestly, if I had watched them i'd tell ya what happens.
