Not much on the camp. Fagan, Burton and Pyke totally shat the bed managing the fallout though.

Eddie's biggest sales will be Carlton and Adelaide Supporters, If he is too negative on any of those 2 will result in a loss of Sales.
All the talk around the camp would be to promote sales outside those two supporter bases.

Eddie is also still involved with the AFL, so he still has to follow their rules.

Would have been better off going to Victor Harbour, getting on the beers, and all having a punt together at the local pub.

Yeh, I posted that a lot back in the day. Letting the players know the coaches blame the loss on their mental weakness was a pretty bad idea. That a few things didn’t work was just a bit of mayo. It’s no surprise that coaches who thought it a good idea in the first place would then screw up the management of any ill-feeling following it.

Story goes that a senior group went to the coaches letting them know the players didn’t want them back. Coaches agreed and promised they were done with CM. And then went ahead and had them back in before the 100+ point drubbing by the Demons in Alice springs.
