Grant played for Geelong. Wayne is his older brother and never actually played a game for Collingwood but was drafted by them.
I stand corrected. Forgot he had a brother and yes you are right. Many Redlegs have stepped on the field for Collingwood.

Makes total sense! Ain't going to happen. Not sure what part you don't understand? If you want a Cameron to have to make room in the salary cap.

Well, if you believe our admin, we frontloaded a lot of contracts with the money we had set aside for Tippett, which was supposedly $800k a year. We've cut McKernan and Graham so far (wasn't Graham on around $300k a year?), which isn't a whole lot, but with more delistings surely to come, it does add up. Then there's the fact the cap increases every year too. If there are any barriers to us getting Cameron, and I'm sure there are, I don't think fitting him in the salary cap is going to be the one of big concern.

Do we even have a representative in attendance during the trade period?

Seems like we don't exist when you read the latest gossip.

I thought we might be quite active with the likes of Lyons, Petrenko, Grigg, Kerridge, ect. as potential trade bait. In particular, I thought Lyons would be gone by now.

On a different note, it was good to see the AFL Giants hand Hawthorn a top 10 pick for nix. That was nice of them.
True, I'll be very dissapointed if we don't trade Lyons. Nothing against him, we just don't need him.

Based on recent events I'm sure there is plenty of room in the cap, don't you worry.

No, why would I about redhorse? You seem a confident poster, is this an alias account?
No I am just a long time reader of this board and as a result I know a thing or two about posters behaviours and tendencies.

alex_is_on_fire is often a 'glass half empty' kinda fella

dayton is desperately hoping for Jezza

I hated that someone from our club said something so stupid and racist.
It was NOT racist. In fact it was the opposite. It was calling in support from the AFL because he said that without support structures at all levels from AFL to Grass roots there will be increasing numbers of aboriginal players who don't survive the AFL system and it will get to a point that good players won't be drafted unless they grew up with a white parent. It was a "we must AVOID this situation" type statement.

And it's happened again and again, as predicted by Rendell. Anyone watch the Recruit on Fox8?

Include the possibility Dangerfield being traded. Where there is smoke their is fire. Likely suitor will be Geelong or Collingwood via a trade with Brisbane. The possible Cameron trade would include Bulldogs, so you would have to match what Griffen is worth. Crows are calling all the rumours BS because they do not want a running commentary and want to keep their cards close to their chest.

Im glad you said. I didnt think he was either. I know what he meant and it wasnt being racist, I can see how it could on the surface be viewed as racism. If Macca is happy with Rendell than I am happy with him.

I'd actually have him infront of wright
Yeah he's probably better than Wright but I doubt we'd get a decent trade for Wright. I reckon M Crouch, Grigg, Laird and possibly Cameron will push ahead of Wright next season so your dilemma will be solved anyway.

How many times does someone need to say on this forum, Danger is playing for us in 2015?;)

So your the financial controller at the club then??

How would you know that the Crows don't have the space to pay for Cameron. You would have to know the details of all the contracts, which ones have or haven't been front loaded, length etc. to come to the conclusion you have stated.

I'm betting you don't and its more about what you think rather than sounding like you know.

Schoenmakers is a spud of the highest order.
Do not want!!!!!
So is Shaw.
Question comes down to, is the list better with Schoenmakers (despite most of us accepting he is no star) on it or not. In 2015 he is a better footballer than Shaw, Reilly, Otten, Rutten, Siggins at the very least. He's on par with Hartigan. He's considerably worse than Talia.
Short of us getting Davis or making Smith and Jaensch play KPD who do we propose plays down back?

I might be behind the times here but is BigFooty now making an effort and tracking hashtags?

If so.... #inredhorsewetrust

Also... #getalanasmithonthehillin2015
