Time for some more draft reviews

Best value picks Rounds 16 to 20

279 Danger Zone - Liam Jones (Carlton)
It was almost as though we collectively couldn't change our perception of this bloke. We were stuck on 'spud' after his previous seasons of beyond woeful forward line play. Last season Jones proved once again the old adage that 'any hack can be a quality defender because it's so easy' was true. Bargain for Danger Zone here.

286 FAITH - Jake Kelly (Adelaide)
The sort of player you can pencil into the AFC line up for the next decade. Will play his role, sneak into the B&F top 10 at times especially in our poor years and have a solid 200 game career.

287 Danger in Texas - Bailey Dale (Western Bulldogs)
Reckon this bloke is set to go to the next level in 2018. The baby faced talent has shown glimpses but with an extra preseason and some experience behind him is ready to step up. Add in a resurgent Bulldogs in 2018 and I think he'll prove to be a shrewd pick.

290 Danger In Texas - Ed Curnow (Carlton)
Unfashionable but gets it done every year. Taggers coming back into vogue and Gibbs out could see him more prominent in Carlton's line up.

292 hendo8888 - Allen Christensen (Brisbane)
Forgotten player. Has some skill and ex-factor. Will benefit from playing half forward at Brisbane, where no defender will bother picking him up because they're winning by so much. Could slip under the radar and get plenty of touches and goals.

297 Danoz - Bradley Sheppard (West Coast)
A bit like a Jake Kelly. Just a rock solid pick who plays pretty well every game.

298 Danger Zone - Lewis Jetta (West Coast)
Not sure why this bloke hasn't developed into a star. Has the skill, has the speed. Has had some dire seasons. At the end of last season though he finally signaled that perhaps he was going to realise that potential.

309 AdelaideFan14 - Aaron Sandilands (Fremantle)
Turf toe has stopped him in his tracks the last couple of seasons. Still one of the most influential big men in the league when he gets on the park.

323 Danger In Texas - Marcus Adams (Western Bulldogs)
Will settle nicely back into the Bulldogs line up and be a lock for them.

349 Scorpus - Liam Duggan (West Coast)
The Weagles are looking to revamp their midfield and you'd think this guy would get significant minutes.

Botched Picks Round 16 to 20

272 Drugs Are Bad Mackay - Alex Pearce (Fremantle)
Don't usually include my own picks in either the good or bad lists but can't ignore this one. Knew he'd been out injured, didn't realise it had been for so long and with so many complications. Whoops. Bonus if he plays.

274 deaneus - Shane Kersten (Fremantle)
Teams are scratching around for quality key forwards which is why they break AFL rules for the likes of Kurt Tippett, pay millions for unproven kids like Tom Boyd and recycle uber spuds like Kersten from other clubs. He is to Freo what Ian Downsborough was to us. Kersten has had six seasons in the AFL system and last year was his zenith... with one goal per game.

276 adelaidecrows - Jack Silvagni (Carlton)
I know he's young but he gets by by having a famous name, a hot mum and a younger brother who's supposed to be better. If he was called Jack Jones he wouldn't have played a senior game.

316 Danoz - Brendan Ah Chee (West Coast)
Did you mix him up with the Ah Chee who kicked 5 goals against us playing for Gold Coast last season? This is the other one - the Port dud who barely gets a touch even in the SANFL.

320 dogs105 - Billy Stretch (Melbourne)
Melbourne have 15+ midfielders/flankers better than this guy.

352 Danoz - Matthew Taberner (Fremantle)
Was the great white hope to take over from Pavlich but there was only one problem - he can't do anything. Terrible mark, unrealiable kick, useless at ground level, weak frame, reads the game poorly, average work rate.

Ahem that's 1.2 goals per game, playing for Freo, who were terrible. Will be better this year.

Can we get all the sides into one post, then we all vote after comparing them?

Top 8 teams ranked. I ranked the defences, midfields and forward lines as either A, B or C and then reranked when two teams were closely matched to be either A plus, minus etc. Generally rated teams with better defences and midfields over teams with similar overall strength. Top 2 were very close. Bottom 2 teams were terrible and shall not be named. Although one of them had awesome midfield and forward lines and seemingly no defence.

2. Hendo8888
3. Danoz
4. Kristof
5. Danger in Texas
6. Scorpus
7. Adelaide Crows
8. Maggsy
