yeah well thats how the cookie crumbles. put the bet on in november, never norm do this but had to have a saver on dogs at line when our whole defence went down injured or retired in preseason. still don't think biased tho, rarely back the eags. Lost on gold coast anyway.

So…. you're saying i was right?

Yes, I'm thinking about that one as well. Hawthorn, Sydney, Port would all be viable, though I'd probably take the Hawks.
Have you received any confirmation emails about the free bets?

This is a future bet rather than round 2 but anyone think Eagles wooden spoon (most losses) is decent overs at $101 at TAB?

Now firstly I think the Saints will take it out (sadly) but with cash out as an option maybe money can still be made.

Is as low as $17 elsewhere.

Dees, Dogs, GWS and Lions all look capable of 5-6+ wins. A few upsets and Eagles might be around this mark too.

I thought it was a good bet at $34 and have got on, might have a little more on the $67 currently available. I imagine it will be st kilda but at that price hard not to have a go

Billy Hartung NAB Rising Star @ $81s...yes please. Word out of hawthorn this preseason was that he was the man to pinch a spot ahead of O'Rourke and Anderson. Played really well in his first 2015 game on the weekend. Amasses disposals, whilst Heeney will continue to rely on goals to win

Not sure if you've watched Heeney play or not...

There's no way they should be $100. How much did you get on, I got like $23 and I had to put about 6 bets on to get that much. Now it says I'm over my limit

I only got $10 at the time which will do for me. With all the injuries they have I can see them struggling (see Q1 against Freo). Probably hard to see my Saints not taking out the spoon though.

I tailed this though only put $5 on. I think the Lions may win the spoon this year though.

Pretty happy I took Hartung and Gregson at 80s and Cripps at 29s. Will leave you with your Heeney in rd3 at $3.50...the season is a long one

lol, he wasn't saying he had backed Heeney, he was stating the obvious, anyone who has watched Heeney play would know he's a midfielder, why on earth would he need to rely on goals to win it?

You get 5 drunk smileys for those two ridiculous posts: :drunk::drunk::drunk::drunk::drunk:

Tried my luck at this middle.

West Coast v Port Adelaide
Total score over 175.5 at $1.91 w Bet365
Total score under 179.5 at $2.02 w Pinny
Effective odds of $51.20 that the total score lands between 176-179. There's better than a 2% chance of that hitting, definitely.

Also reckon Hamish Hartlett at $8 to get most disposals in Group 2 at Sportsbet is magnificent value.

Maybe because he has spent 86% of match time inside F50 according to Champion Data... So that would make him a fwd.

Missing something here? Been in one centre bounce for the year... He's a forward for the swans was never going to amass disposals. In any case he ain't winning it

Righto guess ill have to spell it out for you.

You can look at the stats anyway you want but I'm telling you he is a midfielder. But we will do it your way, the stats say he hasn't been in at centre bounces (why would he when Sydney have some of the best stoppage players in the league?) so where else would you put him then if he is a midfielder? On a wing (one is taken by Jetta) and he probably rotates with the other wingman at half forward.

If the stats to you say he is a forward, ill suggest to you he plays as a very high half forward at best. Im yet to see him play deep forward unless its a rotation for a rest.

What gets me the most though is that BB never even hinted that the $3.50 about Heeney after round 3 was a good bet, thats what i find so amusing, and even if he did, what i find even more amusing now is you using Heeney's injury as proof of how smart you were to take other players at bigger odds around him.

Anyway, if you can't understand any of that i can't help you anymore, thats as clear (pretty sure it was to everyone else) as i can make it.

So from a rising star point of view he's not going to amass disposals and is going to have to rely on kicking goals (as he's not about to displace one of their mids) was my pretty simple point from the start. I'm not particularly concerned with the fact he played midfield in U18s, albeit I was well aware of that.

Carlton are a serious spoon chance. $21, least wins. Chuck a tenner down.

Dont mind me, just a bit more from the king of self promotion.

Shame I followed my own advice and only had $10 on this...:(

I still think you may get decent odds for it on Monday.
