5 Day break could be killer for us. Were absolutely off our feet in the last quarter against the Crows off the back of a 5 day break.

McGovern is the only likely from what I've seen. Very handy indeed.

This one will be a scrap. Should be interesting. Struggling to pick a winner at this point.
Martin & Marchbank both a chance according to Vossy.

Demons defence could be the difference - Lever particularly in great form.

No idea which way this one goes but I hope we show up and with a proper plan. Watching teams week after week stifle us the exact same way (since the Freo game which was the blueprint, even if they weren't quite competent enough to get the chocolates) because we refuse to try things a bit differently is frustrating.

happy lets go GIF

The annual Steven May owning Curnow game is upon us.

Should be a cracking game

We are playing rubbish football currently and will need a few injured players to come in as well of a change of form regarding our small forwards to get within 5 goals of the Demons.

Fantasia gets a game we are done before the ball is even bounced. 🤮

Demons by a comfy 34pts with Kosi kicking 3+.

If Carlton can find a way to goal through multiple options( and not just through Curnow ), then they are half a chance. If they decide to bomb away as Melbourne players get back, then we are stuffed
Our smalls also need to learn how to crumb, or at least, get into the right positions. Because you know we'll keep on kicking to a 3 on 1.

Yeah after watching Melbourne v Geelong last Saturday I'm not convinced we'll be able to score enough. Dees defense looks back to their best, combined with the way we seem to be moving for ball into our forward line (just bomb it to Charlie/Harry and hope for the best) this match up isn't looking great.

The Blues are lucky GWS forgot to turn up the other week or this would be their fifth loss on the trot. Dee's by 25.
Yeah lucky. An entire quarter where the pressure gauge was literally off the chart had nothing to do with it...

Yeah I thought GWS looked pretty good through 2 and a half quarters actually, silly me :tearsofjoy:

No surprise we've struggled since then, haven't even approached the level of pressure and tackling we brought in the 3rd quarter of that game.

Imagine kicking 9.18 again against the Carlton hubrists and handing them an undeserved win again.
Can’t happen.
They are just not worth the hype.
