Tough luck old son. Not good enough despite the usual dream run from the umps, and the blatant pro Port commentary. Another wasted year.
Yeah what is with the pro Port commentary....I thought the commentary was supposed to cheer on the under dogs. Oh well suppose they have no influence whatsoever so who gives a shit other than the Saint supporter sitting at home nervous as all get out lols.

Hugo Garcia is an interesting watch for the rising star. Doesn't have the raw disposal numbers but his clearance work and tackling to start the season has been really solid. Had 7 clearances today (19 for the season) and 5 tackles (21 for the season). Don't think he'll get an early nomination but could be someone come round 15 or so that people take notice of.

In the annual pre-season media poll every ‘expert’ had St.Kilda bottom 4. Some (including I think Caroline Wilson and Sam Maclure) has them bottom 2. Unlikely to be a genuine contender this year but based on the back half of last season most Saints fans and others with any idea had them pegged as a 6-10 side, not a 15-18 side.

On another note, JH-F is a seriously good footballer. If he doesn’t play today St.Kilda win by 8 goals.

Really good game from Saints this afternoon. Good win. I think Ross is finally starting to pay off for you guys. Every other year Port come back and win but your defensive structures were solid and rallied when needed.

Really disappointed from a Port perspective. I feel like we have too many players with shortcomings and are 4 players short of being a contender. And another 4 for depth. It's ok to have a couple of players with really good attributes with shortcomings but we have too many.

I think we're about 15% off in terms of coaching, 25% in terms of personnel.

My top 5 stat wise (Again our opposition played better as a team)
JHF Tried to rally the team but even he couldn't get us over the line despite his best efforts.

Riccuitto try’s to overcompensate by sounding like he’s a genuine port member or even the president. Try’s way too hard but then craps on about the crows on his morning radio show
