Season launch today- wonder which captain picked us to NOT make the top 8. Fair enough that Dogs/Saints is the favoured GF tip, but for us to have a bottom 8 finish would mean a season like the Hawks had 09.

I agree. If we think back to how exciting he appeared to be in that game at CHB vs Demons pre kidney injury, he could have gained significant fitness over these 2 years, let alone confidence, and could be more than handy. Nice size.

I thought I read somewhere it was Pavlich. Given some of our recent stoushes with Freo it would make sense that he doesn't particularly like us. The problem for Pav is that we've won all of those games.

Well it's funny, I was just watching Bomber's press conference from yesterday and he said he thought Lonergan had been our best player over the pre season.
