limited rookie priced options as a ruck and he looked decent in his games last year as a 2nd ruck to NN.

How long's a piece of string?

It's a hard one, with the likes of Shuey, Yeo and Hutchings in the mix shortly it will create competition for spots.
We are bullish on O'Neill as he does look like projecting to be a good solid player for us, but he's not locked in best 22 yet.

Have i gone batshit crazy in going the 3 rookie rucks + tom fullarton in the utility spot.

It allows me underpriced premiums / premiums in almost all positions of the field and i think with reduced stoppage numbers and a more open game premium rucks are going to drop price and be the easiest upgrade options.

I did similar, I went with

Grundy
ROB
Flynn from GWS
Meek in the utility spot

Darcy's form and fitness aren't great and with Treacy and Lobb also out Meek might be a good cash cow for a few weeks there as lead ruck.
Hunter from the Saints another to consider, but Marshall and Ryder might be back soon.
