Just watched the "highlights" of Freo´s win over Port.

This "highlights" package consisted of about 15 set shots for goal and thats about it. No lead up play and no marks even. Just set shot after set shot.

FFS. Most boring part of the game gets replayed about 15 times with some drone giving some monotonous commentary.

If anyone is wondering why many in the Eastern States never switch on its because thats all they see on highlights packages. Endless set shots with boring commentary.

How about showing the lad up play to goals, the marks etc. Some channels do this and they create great highlights packages. Some channels don´t even bother to show the set shot goals cause they are so boring.

Agree with you 100% on this too Chinggis. So frustrating having to sit through endless set shots when the lead up play has so much more interest.

I mean, everyone has seen someone kick a goal from 30 out dead in front, that's not the reason we go to games - so why show it as a highlight???
