Wow, the developers did the set shot controls pretty much exactly how I suggested it back in the "AFL Live 2 Wishlist thread".

Game was announced the same day I gave a spray about at least needing to know if there was a game coming this year or not, me thinks they might have a watchful eye or two on bigfooty

Would've liked these few songs in as well just for the nostalgia of the footy game

Looking at the pause menu screen... once again.. no bloody instant replay feature.. How is such a stock standard feature overlooked? That was half the fun IMO, rewatching your beautiful goal in the angle you want to admire it from. Other than that, I am impressed.

Im not really nit picky with certain small features but please I hope that the crowds are realistic. Seeing a packed house for a Melbourne v GWS game would grind my gears. It would be amazing to see the crowds get better as the team starts to improve, or if the weathers piss poor a lesser crowd turn out.

Well it would be shit if the game included a membership feature for the clubs but you get a full house regardless of the amount you have.

The picture inside the instruction manual says that 'Y' is hip & shoulder.

Then 2 pages further it clearly states, "Press 'X' to hip & shoulder."

Not to mention, "Successfully marking the ball depends on your both position and your timing."

I'm very glad they were professional enough to proof-read this thing....

Ah the good old days of Footy Fanatic, in the first year used to trade Kane Tenace, 5th Round Draft Pick, 4th Round Draft Pick and an absolute dud list clogger for a 1st Round Pick and that team's star player. Johnathan Brown, Scott Pendlebury and Super pav all ended up in the blue and white hoops on a few occasions!

Here's hoping they iron out some glitches from Wii for instance in your first year of made up fixtures( 2nd year overall) Adelaide played home games at Patersons, Port at launceston, Brisbane at Metricon etc. From the controls and screens this game might turn out alright the gameplay trailer will be the thing to sway it either way,

The Tin is nice, most EB's have them for inspection prior to order, the footy is good too though and reasonable value at $64

I've already decided to get the GTA V special edition so I'm definitely not going anywhere past the $64 for AFL Live 2.

Still some of the AFL Live 2 news is actually a little bit heartening and it might not all be so bad however I'm still waiting for gameplay footage/testing to determine whether its a day 1 purchase or a long wait while playing at a mates.

I'm still not convinced! Looks exactly the same as all the others they have ever made.
It gets boring very quickly and this looks no different, the only thing that will probably change is the playing rosters and...and... WHY IS THE RELEASE DATE IN SEPTEMBER FOR F*@&$ SAKE, such stupidity from everyone involved.
Who wants to play this game out of season, 6 months later the 2014 season starts and all the team rosters change so 6 months after purchasing your playing an out of date game. STUPID!!!! I'm Collingwood4Life but I have learned my lesson I will never buy another AFL game, truly a waste of money!!
And how sad is it when you can't quite tell who the player on the cover is. it's a SHAMBLES!!

I am a little confused about Career Mode. Do you just manage the side or can you actually play as part of your team? Also I see their is a tribunal. Does this mean you can actually be reported during the game? Will we see the players actually doing the thing they have been reported for or will random things be picked out and reported to you after the game?
