Does anyone know how I could get an electronic copy (or CD) of this ? I am overseas and don't wanna pay $45 for delivery charges.

No Not really ... I am based in London...but I hear there might be an app coming out so fingers crossed..

libraries by books people want so it would just be a smart cheap way to get it, good thought tbh
