No0B question, but can I bet anywhere online for 8/8 tips? Or do I just gotta do a multi with all the team I think will win? Or is it the same thing?

Brisbane HT/FT at 2.65. May have a bit on that.

The Swannies cost me a large collect a few weeks ago, still not keen on them.

Melbourne at the line into the Dogs and Pies looks good.

Brisbane have lost their last 12 quarters, so its abit risky.

Very good bet JV. You will currently get $4.90 at Vic TAB Sporstbet. Best odds currently $5.11 at Pinnacle. I really fancy the same multi but with Melb at the line +15.5. Price goes down to around $3.35 but feel this could be the way to go.

If I were you I would probably drop the pies from that multi, at only 2.2 there is way too much risk involved.

I think you would be better replacing them with Swans or the Cats, but hey! That's just me.

Thats fair enough, but honestly im really keen on Collingwood this week and also think Adelaide will have no worries against Melbourne.

I wouldn't trust the West Coast bet, Kangas willl stay close, and maybe get up.

A bit worrying for the Lions is the fact that Essendon destroyed them, then almost lost to the Tigers the very next week. Richmond should win but I'm not backing them as favourites.

Kangas at the points looks a good bet as well.

im having trouble just tipping the lions vs tigers game - leaving that one.

i did take teh kangas +25.5 points. second time this year i have bet on my own teams match. last time i lost and they won 6 in a row - better not turn things around.

I wish I got them +25.5 at anything above 1.91

They have come into +23.5 at 1.91, it's only 2 points but it's enough to put me off.

One result already decided, but thought I'd post my bets for the round anyway:

$200 Collingwood/Sydney double at 2.16 [still alive after a close shave tonight]
$100 Melbourne at 2.80
$100 West Coast/Sydney/Bulldogs treble at 2.48
$20 on St Kilda at 3.95 [a little bias maybe but we play the Dome pretty well]

As you can tell Sydney are the certainties of the week in my opinion, so Murphy's Law will come into it.

Just the fact that essendon & sydney are roughly on the same position on the ladder lead me to believe they have more of a fighting chance than the bookie odds indicates.
But then again, that's ignoring the other factors such as home advantage, etc.
