Western Bulldogs to beat Richmond. Will get on that in a fairly big way.

Collingwood V Port? Not touching that one at all. Same with St Kilda and Essendon, Saints should win but still to early in the season to see how much the Bombers have improved by.

Kangaroos and Brisbane, no value there thanks.

Adelaide V Sydney. GREAT value on Adelaide. Supporter loyalty aside, Crows have won their last 6 or 7 meetings with the Swans, coming off a confidence boosting win against the Power and as long as Rutten plays (which he should) will get over the line, especially at AAMI Stadium. Will be on it.

Geelong V Hawthorn. Get on Geelong...far too much skill and firepower for Hawthorn who are extremely average...EXTREMELY.

Melbourne V Fremantle. No thanks. Who the hell knows with these jokes of teams?

West Coast V Carlton. No thanks. Carlton could come out and win...they probably won't but they seriously could.

Nah I did lose $200 on a Freo/Bris multi in round 1.

Also had small bets on a few 'first score of the game' type bets which i lost.

Personally i wouldnt touch sydney vs adelaide game.Sydney are a quality side and have started well.Adelaide might be missing Hall (add johncock and other big names as well)...Hall can just have a day out with probably Stevens playing at CHB

Yeah If Rutten plays will probably put $300 on the Crows. He is expected to train on Wednesday, so we will see what happens.

Bulldogs OVER Richmond though. Can't go wrong there.

Likewise with Geelong OVER Hawthorn.

TP - Personally I would just take the $1.60 straight for the win. It is probable that they will win by more than 19 points, yet one reason I try and steer clear of margin betting is, you know, say if a stupid meaningless kick after the siren (which does not alter the outcome of the match) ruins your bet.

Only If I can't see any value for just the 'win' will I look at margin betting.

But $1.60 is enough value for me to get on Geelong purely for the win.

Its minor but Geelong have never played at Aurora Stadium before and the Hawks know how the play the groundvery well, regardless I also think the cats will get over the line. HOWEVER I strongly suggest not getting on the line, scores are never big at Aurora and showers are forecast which may restrict scoring and therefore the margin even more.

I dont want to sound like a 1 eyed Hawthorn supporter because that I can assure you I am not, however your assumption about Hawthorn is very very far of the mark. Clearly you have 1 ilinformed opinion and if you knew anything about the history of the 2 you would know that we have had Geelongs measure for a fair while now, furthermore Geelong have been alot hotter than they are now and we still managed to knock them off (we where alot worst) down at Skilled.

Be very careful with this load up on this load up on that garbage, especially when Geelong plays Hawthorn.

I agree with Gets! on the Crows, I've got $500 on them at 1.80 - absolute steal at that price. Who knows what could happen, I mean even Essendon beat them over there, but even if they go down, 1.80 is great value. I was expecting around 1.60.

I also like the Pies at 1.98 over Port. And Hawthorn at the points - Aurora Stadium is a happy hunting ground for them and they own the Cats as of late.
