Weather looks dreadful in Melbourne tomorrow. Hate long sleeves but I can't say I'd judge any of the girls for wearing them.
Gonna be a low-scoring mud pit which I'm not sure suits us, but Carlton are favourites so maybe anything that keeps the score low is to our benefit.

Ahh, I was looking at tomorrow but the website is trash.
The hourly forecast is what I posted showing only a couple of mm around game time.
The day forecast had:

From what I can tell the 10-20mm they are totally all the rain over the entire day. So expecting about a mm per hour roughly.
So wont be super wet but should be pretty greasy all day.

I assume those first couple of years weren’t too bad. Probably a bit deflating for someone like Hooks who experienced success with Freo, but for the others you expect that an expansion club is going to be bad. It’s probably when you get to year 4 and the club has shown zero improvement, there’s no real commitment to the women’s team from upper management, and you’re being coached by an incompetent boob like Prior that the players who actually gave a crap (like the four in this video) would really be wondering “what is the bloody point?”
Every chance that we lose to Carlton but regardless of the outcome, each of these girls should be proud of the role they have played in carrying the side through the doldrums and helping to set the standard for future success.

Sounds like the weather is absolute shit and obviously the North/Hawks game played on the ground last night.

Really wish the league would lean into Marvel for finals and a marquee carnival Gather Round style W fixture. Anyway.
