Did anyone see this?

I was down near the fence near the cheer squad (while the players were sayin thanx to the fans) and a collingwood supporter pulled out a cigarette and one of the carlton blokes yelled at him to put it out and so did his mate...so the collingwood bloke came over and whacked both of them in the head (made one bleed and one was knocked out). This guy got arrested finally but did anyone see it?

Is this the one where he got maced? Because a collingwood supporter got maced and then copped the "na na na na" chant and tried to fight again but got then also got maced again!:thumbsu::D

I was sitting near the area in the next aisle and a few rows closer to the ground. One guy copped a decent punch to the head and he was in all sorts of trouble.
Had a dent in his head and also a massive swollen spot. perhaps god punched and smashed into a chair/pole/ground on his way down?

There was blood all over the seats near that area.

Friggin' typical.
There was a pretty heated argument towards the end of the game up in P12. A couple of Collingwood supporters were getting into a lone Carlton supporter. Funnily enough, these blokes were leaving with about 5 minutes to go. The were ushered out, and no punches were thrown. Still, the ferals really do go feral when their team doesn't win.

Sport hooligans make me sick :thumbsd:

This isn't the premier league, and thank god for that.

Can't people go to the game to enjoy themselves? Who goes out with the sole purpose of fighting people? Drongos.

I don't think this typifies any group of supporters...it's only a few idiots who ruin the game for everyone else...it's the same at the cricket

Most people around me today were well-behaved and all the Collingwood fans i talked to didn't take it like pussies...they took it on the chin...which i think is all you can do

I agree. There were a couple of funny Collingwood blokes sitting in front of me today. Even managed to have a brief chat to them after the game.

everyone seems to think that all collingwood supporters are like that, people only notice the few junkies that stand out, but every club has them and there own fellow supporters hate them aswell.

It's a real worry to know that these tossers are allowed to breed, especially look out for the purebred collingwood supporters which have a mother(single) and father that are magpie supporters, and this story sounds like one of them. All clubs got em, collingwood seems to have 95% of them in total in the comp. It's a real enviromental disaster having all of these w***ers stealing OUR oxygen. 2/2 sucked in Eddie, looks like you where going to cry during the last 1/4. Go Blues, lets move forward as a club with pride and continue to make these wanks look like the human(?) filth they are...

wait on..was one of these pies supporters an obese mess that almost fell down the stairs??lol i must have been sitting near u

That why i always leave when i know we are going to lose. It's not a happy place when you have one team who are very pleased with the victory and another who has built up frustration from losing the game. Not saying that is what caused it by the sounds of what is said above it shouldn'e happen.

I know around us we had a very pleased Carlton fan who was very happy to let us know they were coming back, which is all good and fun in banter but if I was an angry person by nature (which there are many around) I could imagine that one tap on the head in the wrong spot could put me over the edge.

Yeh the one really mouthing of was that fat black/indian guy - i was in P12 today too. The nest of maggots in front of me was mouthy too on a couple of occasions so, despite my gf's protestations, i let 'em have it back until they pulled their feral heads back in. :D
