Marcellin will be missing Giles who is the TAC player who got injured last weekend, he had to have an operation yesterday and also Marcellin will be missing Zaharakis and Shuey through Vic Metro committments in South Australia this week, making it no easy game for Marcellin on there home turf

i saw mentone and marcellin game today. Mentone were up all day, leading by 22 at the last stage and got the first goal after 3/4 time. Marcellin found there form in the last and fought back. Marcellin leveled the scores late in the last and a goal after the siren won the game for them 86 - 80. A well fought out game, and great to watch. marcellin lucky to leave with the 4 points after only playing one good quarter of footy. Talking to a marcellin boy, they had a few big names out, including a couple of boys in vic metro and a tac player injured early in the game.

not too familiar with ags as havnt seen to many games of late, however, a few standouts, number 3 and 7 i think it was for mentone did well up forward and number 5 from marcellin did well especially in the last.

#3 was a gun from Mentone, is that brown? but #7 i saw him have 2 kicks!!!

id say your a mentone boy.
Seeing as though all you talk about is how good mentone are, or how good keiffer is.. did he play against marcellin?
 
I thought that Mentone had some good run out of their backline on the weekend.
Ran well and linked up, and thought their younger players backed themselves which is a good sign.
Thought Mentone fell away across half forward in the last qtr, they managed to get it out of their backline but it came back in alot quicker.
Also, a couple of Marcellin's players were left to run free.

Give Marcellin some credit on coming back from being 27 points down 5 minutes into the last. I think the difference in the end was that Marcellin just showed more heart, not Mentone's half forward line falling away.

I will give them credit, i will also give Mentone credit for literally leading from the first to last siren.
I wouldn't say Marcellin showed more heart, i have no doubt everyone on the ground was giving it 100%, however the fact that Marcellin were rebounding the footy from half forwad/wing at will in the last qtr was a contributing factor.

i think its pretty obvious im a mentone boy..right on the money there bingo ur detective work has been excellent to suss that out. and smith-cameron did play for mentone best on for mentone and would consider him best on for the match..dont no what game u were watching..

ACK and Marcellin should b a cracker of a game. Despite some big names out such as shuey zarracus 4 marcellin and sheahan 4 ack, this should b a very high standard game of school football.
With 2 big names out 4 marcellin i believe this swings the accendency in ack's favor and should result in an assumption win.
Tip: ACK by 15 points
