In the off season this guy was being pumped up by many. He, along side with Hampson and Kreuzer was regarded to be a talented young ruckman.

4-5 months can be a long time in football. But now many say that he isn't up to it?

I haven't seen much of him. So what happened this year? What's stopping him? Is there any chance he'll make it?

I think he's gone at the end of the year.

Hasn't done enough to justify a spot on the list, and we are no longer in a position to be giving players a spot just for the sake of it - we're on the up and can't really afford to carry him for much longer.

I just hope that it doesn't have a negative impact on Setanta, because he has made it, without a doubt. 1 out of 2 aint bad, but let's hope that Setanta doesn't get discouraged by the imminent departure of Aisake.

What hasn't he done though? Where is he lacking? What does he have to do to push foward? And is there any possibility that he could still be around next year?

The thing he hasn't done is pushed for selection.

He's in the Ants, and sometimes the Ants seconds, but he's just not doing enough to warrant that next step up into the senior side.

There was a lot of talk about him early on in the season but sadly, he's just failed to progress from there.

There comes a point that he needs to develop from a project player to a regular contributor. Setanta has made that transition with success. Aisake has failed to do so, and doesn't look like it at the moment.

We're an improving side, and our players are growing up. A few years back we had the worst list in the competition so we could afford to try a few things outside the box, Aisake was one of them. But now it's a different story. Our players are starting to grow in stature and we're starting to build some depth.

Aisake won't be given a token game in the seniors or spot on the list if he doesn't deserve it. We've gone past that at the club. If he doesn't improve his performance a huge amount between now and the end of the season, he's gone without a doubt.

I dont think he will be on the list next year, nor do i think he should be. He hasnt pushed for selection at all and with Cloke, Hampson and Kruezer he will always be 4th string.

The only reason why he is on the list is because he is Irish. If he was an Aussie he would have been shafted earlier or not even picked.

The experiment in Aisake is over!

Don't forget Aisake missed the last 8 or so games at the end of last year, just as he was pushing for senior selection. Also had a short pre-season, and players who don't get the full pre-season often struggle in the main season. Especially when we're walking about someone who's still learning the game.

He's got incredible athletic ability, strong, quick, tall, and young. Problem seems to be that he's getting homesick, because I reckon he's probably worth one more season (with a full pre-season) provided he's interested
