Looks like his career at Collingwood is up sh*t creek.

I know he seems like a complete *insert word here*, but! He would be the perfect player for our club in terms of a small forward. Would we ever give him a go?

Amazing that he gets done again for being in the wrong car at the wrong time.

Over my dead body we will. Sorry, but that guy just has trouble written all over him.

Why? What has he done that is so bad?

  • 2006: Got taken away by police because he was trying to "negotiate" a take fare.
  • 2007: Got into a car with Melbourne CBD shooter Christopher Hudson while drunk.
  • 2008: Is involved with Heath Shaw in a car accident while Heath is reported to have a BAL of .144
Grim, I think that's enough for me to not want him anywhere near my club. While I accept he hasn't done anything illegal it doesn't mean he's not trouble.

If there's any coach who can whip him into shape, it'll be Matthews.

If he IS up for trade (which I hope he isn't), it would cost you a fair bit, as you would think the majority of clubs would want an elite small forward at their club.

Adcock would be a start.

Yup, hold us for Ransom.
Amazing you guys dint bring up a Brown trade..

To be honest I think it's a shame that someone's reputation can get so damaged just because they are in the vicinity of someone who has done something wrong.

I am a big believer in taking responsibility for one's own actions. I say lets forget about blaming the parents, or the club, or the people who were nearby, and stick the blame on the people who committed the crimes.

Hold you to ransom?

He's an AA small forward, proven match winner and close to the best small forward in the AFL.

He's even more valuable to Collingwood than Adcock is to Brisbane.

What do you think is fair?

Adcock had a great 2007 season and like Sherman, has trailed off this year and hasn't been in the best of form. He is still finding his feet at AFL and is hopefully a big part of our future but he does need to start playing consistent footy. I don't think trading Adcock for Didak will be doing us any favours. As much as I don't like Didak, he would slot in nicely as a small crumbing forward and can have a run in the midfield.

Wont entertain Didak trade. Dont want us to be part of another Tarrant kinda deal.

What about Ryan Lonie ?! do we finally get the opportunity to get him..

I know what you mean, which is why I think a lot of clubs will struggle to find a trade for him.

He's worth a lot, but he's also a risk.

A player like Adcock is the minimum Collingwood would want I imagine, but obviously Brisbane wouldn't like that trade, at all.

Mate, I understand what you're saying. I never mentioned he was necessarily a bad person BUT - and it's a big BUT - when you get involved in that many incidents as he has you have got to wonder if he gets up to too much mischief for his own good. Of course, you should stick the blame on the people who committed the crimes but was accepting a lift from a total stranger the wisest of decisions? Was getting in a car with a drunk the brightest idea? Sorry, but there are too many question marks over his head for my liking.

Now is our turn to make insulting trade offers in revenge for those idiotic Egan + third rounder for luke Power bs scenarios.

Id take a look at didak though.

Matt Moody + 4th rnd pick amirite?

Loving all of these "commonsense" Collingwood supporters coming on here and telling us what we might expect to have to give up. Funny how they can't do that when an opposition player is on the market.

Putting my Collingwood trading hat on:

Mills + 2nd rounder.

But if we could pick any player in the competition at the moment, a Didak-Nathan Brown (Rich) clone would be close to top of the list.

Because every Collingwood support does this, yes?

Obviously we have ******s who suggest Egan and Lonie in trades for Brown.

Rofl. Ok. The idiot traders obviously upset you, which is fine.

But that means you are required to do the same thing because....
You see, we do it in a jocular, take-the-piss manner.

Most of the peons from the Collingwood Board actually believe it.
