Good SANFL/VFL player but cant transition to AFL. While he is pacey at the lower levels and exploits people with it, up at AFL level his pace is just okay at best and his game falls into a heap because of it. Outside of that, his overhead makring his poor, his kicking is atrocious unless he is 30m out from goal and his defensive ability while filled with effort doesnt extend to tackles as the bigger AFL bodies just shove him off and run away

Terrible trade for Melbourne. They should have aimed higher

Love ANB, really good player, has been awesome for us.

But given the situation, I'd be fine with just facilitating the trade for a F2 or F3.

Hope not, you'd think we'd have learned with stupid contracts that take players to 33 years old. Sloane, Smith & Laird all in our face right now as cautionary tales. If he wants to come home for personal reasons, honouring his existing deal should be enough.
