Everything in AEW seems to be ticking along nicely heading towards Worlds End, even though not much has been announced yet with the Continental Classic taking centre stage.
Excellent tournament so far, with enough upsets to keep qualifying interesting. Looks like the Death Riders and the Don Callis Family might share the semi final slots. Babyfaces are doing it tough, but Knight and Dorada have been outstanding.
The two matches in the Continental Classic tomorrow are Okada vs Perry and Fletcher vs Bailey.
The Women’s Tag Tournament hasn’t reached any great heights. At least the two best wrestlers of the 16 participants in Nightingale and Storm are in the final, so we should get an exciting match. Leaning towards the Babes Of Wrath winning the title. Storm has plenty on her plate, being involved in the Moxley/Shafir story and being dragged into the FTR vs BBG story.
Joe has his first title defence against Kingston on Dynamite, before moving on to Strickland or Page or both at Worlds End. Feels like the start of 2024 all over again.
Statlander is in the same boat, likely to face Thekla or Hayter or both at Worlds End. I thought we’d see Statlander vs Bayne early in her reign, but might save it for Revolution.
Ospreay was the only person to perform in all 9 PPV’s in 2024. This year we still have six who have wrestled on every PPV. Benjamin, Lashley, Fletcher, Moxley, Mone and Storm are hoping to complete the set in Chicago.
Looks like a very strong Dynamite tomorrow. Cardiff Collision also looks better than normal and a big one in Manchester next week before returning to the Hammerstein for Christmas. Big finish to the year coming up.

I've been watching The Normies series on youtube, introducing a bunch of girls who had no idea what wrestling was to the 'sport'. Been interesting watching how they've taken to it and their unbiased views/takes on wrestlers/storylines.
Today they got Kyle Fletcher on as a guest, seems like a genuinely good dude. Didn't stay in character the whole time, slowed a clip down to show them how he protected a guy he 'hates' etc.
