Hypothetically, say the All-Star team choose to go with only 2 Key Position Forwards for the State of Origin game.

Which combo would you choose?

Pavlich and Franklin?

Pavlich and Reiwoldt?

Franklin and Reiwoldt?

They will pick 3. Pavlich FF, Franklin FP/HFF doing what he wants and Riewoldt CHF. 3 key forwards can and often do play in the same side despite the recent hype about St. Kilda. Clubs have been doing it for years.

There will have to be at least 3, possibly 4, Pavlich, Riewoldt and Franklin will all most likely play, depending on their form of course.

There will be more of each position as to allow for less possible injuries and players tiring.

Remember that their are small crumbers that should be playing and that, the like of Ablett, Bartell, Steve Johnson, Ryan O Keefe, Corey Jones, not sure who they are playing for but surely they would get in their,

Pavlich, Franklin, Riewoldt and Richo will all play I guarentee it. Whether they start on or off the ground is inconsequential but as a guess I'd say Riewoldt CHF, Pav FF, Buddy HFF or forward pocket and Richo on the bench.
