All time test cricket draft

I've just realized that no tests would have been played during WWII so let me fix a little mistake in the rules
 
I actually thought it was a deliberate plan, as you mostly went decade by decade. Then gave a narrow window for WWII era.

You started it in 1938 and there were test played in 1938 & 1939 (although a limited sample). It was a major factor in picking George Headley 1st.

Between 1938 and 1945 there were series involving Australia, England, South Africa and West Indies.

So, knowing the limited options I would have nation wise in earlier time periods. I targeted a West Indies Cricketer to give me more flexibility later. I would prefer if it was left as it was, but will go along with the group consensus.
