Do have a problem with the stuff between your ears? I just explained I don't want to say anything further until the club makes a statement. The question was asked of me if it was true and i said, yes, that's all! If there is anything further I can add later, I will.

You are a tool. It is obviously a deal done with the club. He made his reasons. Why make a big deal about it.

I just hope JA is not feeling to depressed. I hope he doesn't feel the pressure of say like N Brown. I met him once at training with my neice and nephew and boy what a great impression he left with the kids.

On thursday night i was at a nightclub in south melbourne and saw anthony there and i was with a mate who is good friends with him and they spoke to each other and john had told him that he wouldnt be playing for the rest of the year because of his neck, didnt want to say anything earlier because it was all speculation to me then.

Yes I like to know whats giong on, but you can't expect a players dad to reveal all before the club. The club provides his sons income, and an early rule that should be learnt by all, is not to bite the hand that feeds you.

Many knock the Cloke parents for speaking out about issues, you can't have it both ways.

We are lucky with what info JA's dads provides, especially all the photo's.

As a father JAHA I hope the news on JA is positive long term , as a magpie fan I hope the news is good short term...

Very sad if true. We're sponsoring him over on the Nicks board and was hoping he was going to have a great year. JA snr, anticipating a (hopefully not too lengthy) absence from young Jack. Please extend our best wishes and speedy recovery to the lad. By all sounds he is impressing both off and on the ground at Pieland, so the sooner we see him debut, the better. Yeah disappointing news if true. I also wish to extend my best wishes to the kid, was looking forward to him play this year, heard alot of promising things and being in QLD have been longing to see him run out in black and white. Well he will still run out in black and white!!!! Good luck JA!
