Any chance against Adelaide in Adelaide???

An easy answer is NO!!!

But is there someone out there that genuinely thinks we have any chance at all of a win, or at least a decent contest?

We beat Adelaide twice last year and ended with a good record against them.

Do we have some unknown weapon against Adelaide where we just win?

Or is it just that they always underestimate us and Choke?

Adelaide arent a very good team. Struggle to see us winning though. Especially on their turf. Hopefully the kids wont be daunted.
 
na dont think we area chance, but with all heat on us. i rekon we will come out firing. {or i hope} yeh we do match up pretty good aginst them

I really rate the Crows & after last week
They are going to be pumped for a slaughtering

you must be stupid not to choose yes. We have a CHANCE of beating any team we play. you never know what can happen. We did beat them last year at AAMI.

Adelaide dont kick 5.17 every week though, Hopefully Lucas coming back gives the kids some confidence, probably wont sneak the win but should be alot more competitive

I think we do have a chance but a lot has to go right for it to happen. If we win it'll be by 15points if we loose it'll be by 28 points. Go Dons

You just love getting stuck into Adelaide at any opportunity don't you!

As for the game, I can't see Essendon winning. We are too strong in all areas and after last weeks shocking performance, the boys will be really pumped up and unfortuantely Essendon will be the team to feel the full force of it this week. The boys are FUMING and after last weeks game, there are a few guys playing for their spots so we're gonna come out all guns blazing!

I'll be genuinely disappointed if we don't win by 40+ points.

We are a chance against any team. Any time we concede we have no chance is the time we may join other bandwagon supporters from other clubs.

Adelaide are very good...but we have also shown we can be very good WHEN CONFIDENCE IS THERE (eg. against north and bulldogs).

Confidence is a funny thing, i know what it can do first hand. It can make skills that are almost second nature to you turn to s*&t. If we can start well and build the confidence nothing is impossible.

Expect massive games from Burton & Mcleod, we will play them back into form,

They both played shocking in last weeks game,

Burton done NOTHING last week, this week he will kick 6 against us (as we wont have a good matchup for him)

I have noticed that Mcleod has been down for a few weeks now and seeing we dont have a good tagger, he will get 30 + possies against us

only reason im looking forward to it is the return of Lucas - as he loves playing against the crows.. should kick a bag

I would have thought that Burton is the perfect sort of matchup for a player like Ryder.

And i doubt Lucas will even play against the Crows let alone kick a bag after being out for 11 weeks.
