Anybody work in McDonald's?

I'm doing a report on McDonald's for Economics, and I wondered if there were anybody here who could tell me about the technology and techniques they use to make their food? In particular techniques or equipment that enable them to produce a lot of food quickly.

TIA. I don't mind whether you post here or send a pm... although I'd need a proper name to put on my bibliography.
