POLICE closed the Southern Expressway late yesterday afternoon for several hours after a man wearing an Adelaide Crows guernsey threatened to jump off a road bridge at Darlington.
Motorists were forced off the high speed route through the southern suburbs from about 3.50pm.
Police negotiators were called in to dissuade the man, believed aged about 30, from jumping off the bridge near the corner of Diagonal and Seacombe Rds.

If I had watched the game I would have no doubt felt like doing that

This is when missing the game for sporting commitmetns turns into a real positive

I can pretend it didn't happen.
