With the public holiday tomorrow and the tradition of the Aussie sickie, how many people will turn up to work on Friday? I have to, but I won't mind too much.

I really have to come in, I inexplicably took a sick day a week ago.

I just found out last night, on top of the usual Australia Day festivities, there is going to be some kind of Beer Bong Challenge. I'm not the best drinker in my circle of friends by any stretch, and will come off worse for wear. Will have to call into Hungry Fred's and pick up an egg n bacon roll or something that morning.

I agree- I worked over the Christmas and NEw Year period too- nice a quiet, not much traffic.......and you can use your leave later in the year when you want too.
