Interesting that we are playing our first night game of the year (excluding pre-season games) in Round 10. Will this be a disadvantage to us, considering Sydney's last 2 games against Essendon and Collingwood have been at night?

Not sure if possible rain will advantage us also, although we did do alright against Hawthorn in the 2nd quarter when it was raining.

I think football is professional enough in this era for Night games to become an almost irrelevant factor in influencing the outcomes of a game. The only way that I can see that playing at night would be a disadvantage to us would be if we had a hot weekend coming up. One obvious advantage the club has still is that we play in the heat on our home ground much better than other teams from interstate. However with this weekend shaping up to be rather average temperature wise I dont think that a night game has disadvantaged us. The players should be professional enough to deal with the change.
