I reckon Daylight savings is a curse not a blessing. My whole body clock is totally up the creek.

I'm studying for my uni exams with my housemate. I have problems getting to sleep too Loz. How long does it take you to get to sleep? Sometimes it takes me hours and I get so annoyed. Is it only me, am I alone? Should I get back to studying?

Maybe if you listened to a talking book or easy relaxing music sometimes calms me down to sleep.
Other times as a last resort i click on 3AW and listen to night watch man Keith Grumpy Mcgowan for a while till i nodd off.
The highlight is when he slags off st.kilda during the season (he's a saints fan) or swearing at irate callers
God my brain is really starting to numb now

daylight saving hasnt affected me at all yet,i start work before long before the sun sets,and dont finish till midnight
i guess when i have a night off tomorrow night i might feel differently

I'm still up. I'm writing an assignment on Charles Darwin and the influence that the reading of Thomas Robert Malthus' Essay on Population had on Darwins theory of evolution and natural selection.

G'day Loz, I'm finished now. I have to watch some tv, so I can stop my brain working overtime and get some sleep.

Tomorrow, I start a massive essay on Fritz Haber and the effect that inorganic fertilizers have had on the nitrogen cycle and the consequent challenging of human values. phew, just the title is a bloody thesis.
