sorry folks but as a country member i have been to 2 games this season travelling a 100 miles to see the blues vs essendon blues vs hawks is it i am just unlucky or something but in both games when things didnt go there way there were just to many players who's body language seemed to look like oh well its just not our day today ?:thumbsd:

I feel like a jynx went to the Essendon, Collingwood and Hawthorn games. And we've been lethargic and un interested in all 3, I'm starting to believe that the players are beaten before the games even start sometimes.

Every middle-of-the-ladder team look like front runners when they play a better team, because they aren't that good.

Carlton are sitting 6th only on percentage, which isnt; too bad one game off 4th, you;ve lost FIVE in a row, and this time next week it will be SIX in a row...so what;s your point.

No we're not front runners.

I love the players that can be having a dirty day but stay switched on and turn it around to contribute to a 3rd or 4th Q revival. We could do with a few more of them. Fev was a nut case but whether he was what you would call switched on - he could turn it around

I cannot stand Collingwood's two squibs Davis and Didak but I do see them differently - Didak is always dangerous and I respect the fact that he can be having a shocker and come good and make an important contribution for a Q.

Maybe some of our offenders are a little too young to expect this but others are not

So it is your fault? Jinx!

If anybody sees blues1985 about to enter the stadium for any of our future games, distract him, apply the Vulcan nerve pinch, bundle him into your boot and drive him as far away as possible.;)

Not at all. You came across a team that has finally gotten over most of it's critical injuries and been able to keep the same players on the park a couple of weeks in a row.

And those players had a point to prove as well.

Then you copped a couple of injuries during the game (Welcome to Hawthorn of the past year) Always hard to kick on when that happens.

About the only team that isn't a front-runner is Geelong. Because they've been leading the way for 3-4 years now.

Waite was a big loss.
