Justine Bateman has aged well.
You know, i thought that as well - saw her in a mid 90's rubbish movie and she didn't look great. But I loved the "Marry me - yeah that would feel weird" line...

Wasn't she in the crappy US version of Men Behaving Badly ?
I think the show starred Rob Schneider, which would explain the crappiness.

Thought last night was the best episode of the series yet. The 'You're always thinking of others' line by Lindsay and Tobias saying 'yes i've tries that' while he's pretending to do her was up there with any great line in sitcoms.

I loved GOB's program on the old computer. And the double speak with Nellie was hilarious, 'you're going to be filling like three openings'.

Really? And all the guys like her, huh? That is, that is, that is great. Uh, you mean “away,” though, right? Because otherwise it sounds a little different, but, uh, that’s, uh, that’s outstanding. You forgot to say “away” again. But listen, let me call you back in a bit, okay? Bye. [To Lindsay] Nellie has blown them all away.

I think that was the last episode, but I would be happily be proven wrong if it means theres more episodes. Also what was with the Aussie nurse who was falling in love with Buster and then Snr, she was named Adelaide to boot.

Then something like "I'm not sure if you have enough RAM for emotions" LMAO.

It was the 2nd last episode btw DoubleA, next week's "Development Arrested" is the last. :( I am shattered, the show just keeps on getting better.

Normally I believe quality shows only have a 3-4 series lifespan but AD is different. It is so richly character driven that Hurwitz can easily create new scenarios. If anything it seems they end off storylines a bit too early but at least it means they are still hillarious. Amazing show, my favourite show of all time by a fair distance. Will be sadly missed but at least it's one of those shows that you can watch over and over again.

I've watched the first season at least 20 times, and the second at least a dozen times, third season about 5 or 6.

And I laugh at every episode, every time. Keep finding new sight gags and little jokes I missed as well, it's great.

For example, when Kitty flashes her norgs at Michael in frotn of the old, rich investor guy in the reception area in season 2 and everyone screams/groans - took me til about my sixth watch to fainlty hear between the screaming, the old guy says fairly quietly "ohhh they're crooked" with a look of horror on his face when they come back to him - just little tihngs like that.

There was a line from an episode a few weeks ago which I've only just got the gag.It was a narration from Ron Howard which mentioned Michael Bluth would become SAG's 2nd youngest director [I think it was the Judge Reinhold show episode].

A bit from Jason Bateman's IMDB profile
Became SAG's youngest-ever director when he directed 3 episodes of "The Hogan Family" (1988) at the age of 18 years.

Normally I would be happy to hear a show goes out after three good quality seasons like that before it became stale but that is not the case with AD. It was cut down in it's prime.
An absolutely classic show. The positive is that of the 50 or so episodes that were made all of them have such a high replay value.
I was hanging out to watch the end of it on TV so I was only watching them as Channel 7 were showing (thumbs up to Channel 7 for at least playing all of Season 3 and not too long after production either...pity about the time slot though).
I gotta say my favourite AD moment of all time was William Hung's band Hung Jury from that court show with Judge Reinhold. The layers and layers of hilarity.
I was also in stitches with the whole George Michael and Maebe situation every episode, especially with GM's awkwardness in the last episode when someone mention George Michael and Maebe's kids. :D
So many classic moments. Every character had their quirks and in one episode they could stand out so far. Overall, GOB just edges Tobias as my favourite character because Tobias had a few slower episodes in Season 3 with the whole hair plug thing.

I was slightly disappointed in the finale, but knowing it was the last I was bound to be left feeling that way.

Though I did like how they left it open for a possible future.

Ive only seen about 3 episodes of Season 3 so Ive got lots to look foward too still:)
