you had the ability to use Komodo as Sara's killer and you waste it, if its Malcolm or Thea it will be a cop out, and will be pointless to have even brought her back for the 5 mins she was back.

There was no point for Thea to kill Sara, and if it was Malcolm why? just to piss off Ollie, Nessa and Ra's. I hope they have something better planned and had someone else kill her.

Was obviously Ra's Al Ghul.

How predictable was the ending with Thea? Knew we would get a glimpse of her getting her kung fu action on at the end of the episode.

That random black archer will come back sometime through the season too.

Yeah, I was pretty disappointed that Komodo didn't get much screen time. I hope he isn't turned into a 'villain of the week' and not seen again.

Tommy's cameo was a pretty welcome addition to. One thing I was a bit confused was when they did the first Hong Kong flashback, I'm 99% sure it said 'Hong Kong, 5 years ago' as the caption - shouldn't that have been 3 years ago given he's been on the island (presumably) already for 2 years?

I'm at a loss now as to who killed Sara - didn't Ollie say that the League of Assassins don't kill their own? I'm guessing it will end up being one of Thea or Malcolm though I'm not sure how they will weave that into the plot.

Also, have to admit I'm liking Routh's Ray Palmer on the show.

Ah yes, didn't think about how long he'd been back in the city (serves me right for watching it in a fatigued state!) :p

The other thing with Roy is that isn't it technically 5 months on from the events of season 2? I remember he started training a bit last season (with the slapping of water thing) so I guess there has been a bit of time for him to train up.

One thing I hope they address/touch on is what Ollie, Diggle and Roy now do in terms of employment? Surely they need an income to support themselves when their not fighting crime!

I wonder if that's where Ray Palmer comes in? At least to start with maybe he'll join the team to look after the corporate and funding side of things. It'd work better than asking people to believe that Oliver can be the Arrow and head of Queen consolidated.

I know Ra's Al Ghu is the obvious choice for killing Sara but it's so expected that I kind of hope it ends up being someone else and so in that vain how about Roy as another long shot? Mad at Oliver because Roy chose to stay with him and lose Thea. Plus drugged or not, he did go on a bit of a rampage last season and killed an innocent cop (which isn't usually forgivable in TV land). Would fit Sara's reaction and possibly open the door for Thea to eventually step in as Speedy.

That would be a MASSIVE twist! I like Roy as Red Arrow (more likeable this season than angry/rampaging Roy from last season).

In a funny way, they do seem to have a good handle on how they write in their twists into story arcs so something like that could potentially happen.

Have to admit, I like Thea's look a lot more with the new hair style. I wonder if she's going to be a villain this season? Already seems pretty chummy with Malcolm.

Oli will bring her back from the dark side is my guess. I hope they do focus on their relantionship a bit this season he has neglected her a fair bit.

Yeah, I used to have Thea in the same boat as Laurel but I'm pretty excited to see what she can do with more involvement in the main story plot. If you think about it, she's had a pretty bad run of luck since the show started so her becoming dark is not a massive stretch either.

Oli has chased around everyone trying to help them except his little sis, so she was ripe for the picking for Malcolm to play on her loneliness after her mother died with Oli being largely absent.

They set this plot up quite well.

What about it is making you lose interest ? I personally am loving it !

it has a high cheesiness factor…

the scene where the sisters were sitting right next to each other and Laurel couldn't work out her sister's identity was just lame. And the back story with the guy from paradise beach (and was crixus in spartacus) has just gone on forever

Definitely some cheese but it is a superhero show and I think it's worked better than trying to be another copy of the Dark Knight. It probably does move between good story lines and DC 90210, for me they get the balance right more often than not but that scene with the two sisters really bugged me as well, the disguise thing is just something you have to give a show like this but that still felt ridiculous. Motorcycle archery jousting in the last episode was another one but again for me they're exceptions and most of it's fun and easy to watch.

Next you're gonna tell me that it's silly people can't recognise superman when he puts glasses on!

That Thea scene was rather predictable. I also find it a little lame some typical rich teenage girl like Thea can so quickly be turned into a badass fighter but then again this is a superhero show, it happens quite a bit. Oh well.

Enjoying it anyways.
