You should go for Clyne on a free in Jan. Very competent RB. Palace fans currently begging for him to extend his short term contract.

I'm not sure having 4 RB in our squad is the answer, we'd need to rid a RB or two before signing another one.

He wasn't frozen out. He had a back injury, then he asked to get loaned to Bournemouth to get regular game time, then when he came back he did his ACL and we let his contract run out when he recovered from that.

Nah he was definitely frozen out. Something about him partying during rehab that Klopp did not like. Injured or not, he was never playing for us again. Once you cross Klopp, you're gone.

He went from one of Klopps first names on the teamsheet to nothing. More interested in partying than focusing on his rehab from a long term injury. Worked out well for us because it meant Trent got his chance.
