Probably won't be on sale until the end of next year, but getting them will be tough. In England, they have done a lottery in the past- not sure about getting in from overseas.

One option might be to get hooked up into one of the major cricket clubs in your state- you might be able to snag a ticket or two through them because of connections in the UK- I got a ticket to a ODI in Headingley in 1997 through my membership in Queensland- the Queensland cricketers Club.

My advice is be flexible- tickets will be limited and will be expensive.

Especially Cardiff, The Oval would be the best bet
 
I'd be looking at joining in a cricket tour, or something along those lines. Those companies will be alotted a certain amount of tickets to each Test, so booking with a tour will guarantee entry. Damn expensive though, correct.
