Opinion Assistant Coaches have to go

Well since we had Bucks as Head Coach we have not been all that Great. I am thinking at the Moment it could be more the Assistant Coaches then Bucks.

Lappin and Hart have been at the Club for a few seasons as Forward and Defensive Coaches and both Area’s have gone Backwards since they took over in those Areas.

Not a Big Fan or Harvey but he is best Mates with Bucks so he won’t be going anywhere.

Burns is in his 1st Season so bit hard to judge that.

Agree with my Opinion/Thoughts?

I agree with Lappin going.
He is our forward line and kicking coach I think.
Both ares that we fail miserably in.

Hart has done alright with the personnel he has at his disposal atm.

Think our defence is going ok this year, lots of young players but we aren't getting heavily scored against.

I know they are club favourites but why no mentions of Rocca Tarks and Burns? No responsibility or easy ride because they are club men?

They are the Development Coaches.

Yeh Tarks didn't inspire me. I like Tapping though.

if assistance coaches are judged by outcome, our kicking coach should go.

Maybe he could be an AFL senior coach one day. Maybe take over from Bucks if it got to that.

Think it's very harsh on Hart to call for his head, given he's never had a settled back six this year and had key personnel out at all times, and despite this, or defence has actually been ok-to-good.

Lappin on the other hand. Our forward set up is consistently... nothing. It's kick it to Cloke, hope Elliott takes a screamer or rely on the mids to kick a winning score.

I might be a tad stiff on Hart but Lappin is the 1 that stands out for sure

Lappin & Hart could be crap or they could be awesome, we will never know. But they do have to coach their line according to our game plan & with the players they have available.

The head coach is responsible for who he hires & fires & the game plan. If we kick ass for the rest of the year he will get the plaudits.
If we fall out the 8 he has to cop responsibility as well.
