Not sure about the "less agonizing defeat".

Carlton's less agonising defeat in Perth by the same margin (three points) drew critical acclaim, because the Blues were wearing the white shorts at Subiaco and didn't have Bryce Gibbs, Matthew Kreuzer and Jarrad Waite.
But the loss still rankles. Carlton, which used the marketing slogan ''they know we're coming'' in 2010 and ''no passengers'' this year, might consider ''unfinished business'' as the sell for 2012.

The business is never finished.

I think it would be fair to say that The Hawks and us may hurt most after the finals series.
I wouldn't be surprised at all for us to fight out the Grand Final next year.

Roll on 2012

OK...slogan...Roll on 2012

I think a couple of seasons after the "they know we're coming" slogan it is time for the extension of that:

WE'RE HERE.

God no.

Sorry, but that's painfully tacky, not to mention leaves us open to the obvious "we're here, we're queer" calls. :o

NO NO NO WHAT WAS I THINKING

2009: They know we're coming
2010: Can you smell what the Blues are cooking?
2011: No passengers
2012:..........................(I am Carlton)
