Reports say that Emmerton, Moore, Foxe and Popovic could all miss the game as could Lazaraidis

Could be a good chance to see who some of our younger players come along.

Personally would like to see Alosi start with Kewell either on the left or just behind the front two.

Anyone know much about the Jamaican team?

Farina should be blooding the likes of Milicevic (FC Thun, Switzerland), Kisnorbo (Hearts, Scotland), Tarka (Notts Forest, England) and McKain (National Bucharest, Romania) anyway.

All our current defenders are either old, injury-prone or crap.

I can't believe I saw the name Laybutt mentioned!

Seems we will be playing several youngsters, can't say I know much about them.

The real concern is Farina saying he is keen to play Skoko and Okon again. Where does this leave Bresciano and Grella?

Any bets he tries to play Bresciano out of position on the right.

Providing Kewell and Dukes play we should be able to score a goal - my main worry is keeping them out.

On Channel 7 from 11PM - surely no delays this time.

Jamaica have a competent side, from memory players such as Deon Burton, Daryl Powell, Ian Goodison, Ricardo Gardner and Theodore Whitmore all play in England.

I was reading that Whitmore is out injured. He plays for Livingstone in Scotland.

Should be an entertaining game.

Agree 100% This is the area of the pitch (centre of defence) where we are weakest and these guys are the next generation, we should be getting them in the set up ASAP. However, given that the Olyroos are slated to play Turkey soon after this game I think most of the abovementioned will probably not be considered for the Jamaica game given Frankie has to get these guys together for the Olyroos desperately. Their preparation has been non-existant so I doubt he'll be willing to put them in the Socceroo team when he has the chance to play them for the Olyroos.
