God the tears on here about Fed are as bad as Channel 7's tossfest over him. Stan will always be my fav tennis player but I actually would love to see Federer win just to see the cries and tears on here go to even higher levels

This is the downside of upsets. Sure they're great, but Andy Murray and Novak Djokovic are no. 1 & 2 in the world for a reason: They bring it to every match and are always competitive.

Honestly though Zverev could not have gotten a worse opponent for his style of play (S&V). Federer grew up watching this style of play and not to mention Sampras; knows how to beat it with ease. Just too easy.

That last shot was what Zverev needed to do whole match. Needs to hit it the other way instead of directly at him.
