Back to back F1’s.
And word is that the most relieved man in the paddock is one Daniel Ricciardo.
Why?
Well wouldn’t you be relieved?

Very exciting FP2.
Verstappen, Bottas both into the wall.
RB say Verstappen using a “Friday” gearbox so won’t take a penalty.
Bottas wipes off the front so unless he has damaged the floor or monocoque then should be ok.
Vettel also took an excursion but didn’t hit anything.

All 3 top teams lost track time in p2 to major incidents.

And Renault looked out of it too based on P2 timings.

Could be a bit more open and unpredictable on Saturday.

Renault had some issues with their DRS. I think Ric had the 7th fastest time overall over the two sessions.

I'm glad that the cars are finally being punished for exceeding track limits on the last two corners. Infinite run-offs are bad for the sport

Because you can’t go fast when they are waving yellows.
Don’t think any amount of car parking made a difference if that’s the case.

thought vettel would at least get out to get p5/p6 but it does give a bit of intrigue with how quick the ferrari's actually are for once.

He's a prick. An out and out prick. If he was behind Bottas he'd be whinging if that happened, non stop. There is a reason he's not up with the greatest of all time despite his records.. he's not great. Been in the best car all but 1 championship and lost one where he was in the best to his teammate.
