The round 5 votes have been tallied and the results are in.
So Colonwood have a problem. Their forward line is basically hot garbage. The media froth over Cox not being selected, they give in and play him because they're desparate for something, anything.... and he reminds the world why he doesn't get selected, such is the case with his round 5 performance against Brisbin.
His role is basically to create a contest in the forward line and allow his teammates to crumb off of him and to play some back up ruck (which to be fair he is as useful as their starting ruck these days). The problem here is he is useless when the ball hits the deck and his opponents basically have free reign working off him.
These flaws were on show in round 5 with the addition of only touching the pill 4 times and looking less coordinated than usual. On the plus side he looked dashing in his sunnies despite the night Brisbane sky.
Mason we all love you and will forever be grateful for that 1 game against the Tuggers but you're the shittiest shitter that ever shitted m7.
Devon Smith desperately unlucky not to claim all 3 points it has to be said, I'm sure his time will come soon though.
