Suits a team that needs in inside mid - would basically cost a 3rd rounder (so free). Not a superstar, but if played purely inside he would be much more self assured. Also had a few bad habits creep into his game like winning the footy and deciding to hatch it like an egg, rather than move it on quickly.
Is getting sharper with more midfield time, and looks much better as a result but is mostly playing of half forward to add defensive steel to the forward 50, but it’s not his strength (too slow) and he’s doing it because others are too lazy to bother.
I suspect they are also trying to develop another string to his bow at HF so that he’s not so one-dimensional, but it’s largely a waste of time.
Play him as an inside midfielder and you get a decent player for free (maybe B+ at best).
Will probably continue to look ordinary at half forward but that is a bit misleading. Will be a free hit for someone and it’ll work IMO.

He'd be a great option for Port with Wines getting on and Mead not really coming on
Think St.Kilda, Melbourne, West Coast, Sydney could use his skill set.
I expect him to stay though after more midfield opportunities in recent weeks and has shown AFL ability to not just contribute but influence games.
At 21, has some upside left in his game, how high that is will be the question

would need a mainstream article linking him to someone otherwise not really thread worthy as not out of contractFor some reason I can’t post threads in this forum. I wanted to see the interest in Darcy Parish, I see his playing VFL I wouldn’t mind him in my midfield and I’m sure others would feel the same way.
Ok, I just don’t have the ability to post any new threads, is this a general thing? Or have I done something wrong that I am unaware of?would need a mainstream article linking him to someone otherwise not really thread worthy as not out of contract
unless you are old mate cleric who is making one for crows players just cos they are fringe despite having contracts and no rumours

Can't see how this bloke makes it in the modern game.
If Essendon are serious he's gone at the end of the year.
Games moved past this archetype guys like Libba Setterfield and Cripps have other tools to make up for there lack of disposal and speed Hobbs does notYep not up to it sadly. Too slow and limited tools.
